What We Do

Bespoke Runs

Our bespoke runs can be 1:1 or in a small group environment lasting anywhere between 4-8hrs depending on the nature of the individual or group. We also offer all inclusive, trail running weekends including a stay in our farmhouse in the Cumbrian countryside (single person or couples only). Each day is specifically planned to accommodate your distance and elevation targets, with routes chosen to support your ability or training goals for upcoming races.

1:1 Coaching

We offer 1:1 technique sessions to build skill, strength and confidence whilst on the trails. We specialise in up and downhill running, how and when to use poles, running over technical terrain and how to prepare for multi day events. Coaching 1:1 is based outdoors so we can choose a specific location that’s right for you. This allows us to assess your current ability and then offer specific coaching which will help you develop new skills. 1:1 coaching can be full or half days, even a few days and up to a week depending on what you want coaching for.
