This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan — it’s a fully bespoke training experience built around you.

Your personalised coaching package includes a long-term strategy tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and training history. Using a blend of block and classic periodisation, I create a clear, progressive roadmap that adapts as you grow. Every phase is purposeful, performance-driven, and grounded in proven methods.

Communication is at the heart of the process. You’ll receive regular feedback and adjustments via TrainingPeaks, with open, ongoing dialogue to keep you supported, accountable, and progressing.

To ensure the coaching remains specific and effective, a minimum six-month commitment is recommended. This allows time to build real momentum, make meaningful progress, and align your training with your key races or performance goals.

1:1 and Online Strength & Mobility Coaching

Built for Performance. Grounded in Movement.

£175 per month for online coaching / £180 per month for four 1:1 sessions in Appleby or Hackthorpe.
